Here are the steps to quickly transfer you domain from Godaddy to another registrar:
1. Unlock your domain with GoDaddy:

Login to your Godaddy Account.

Next to Domains click on Launch
Select the domain to unlock and click Locking
Deselect Lock Domain to have the domain unlocked, click OK

2.  Obtain EPP code from GoDaddy:

Login to your Godaddy Account

Next to Domains click on Launch
Click on the domain you need the EPP code for
Click Send By Email in the Authorization Code field
Click OK
