I have to admit that I love a good beer every now and then, especially  after a long week at the office. America is pretty spoiled when it comes to choice , in specific when you look at the hundreds of beers available. With brands such as Budweiser,Miller,Coors,Michelob and Busch dominating the market , you might often forget about other lesser known beers that are available. Dos Equis or Dos XX as it is also known by is definitely one of those quality beers that are worth mentioning.

Dos Equis is actually an imported Mexican beer and in my opinion one of the best imported beers available in the US market. The brand is definitely stepping up its marketing to let more people know about this great beer. They are sponsoring numerous events and you might have seen “The most interesting man” ad campaign featuring actor Jonathan Goldsmith. Check out one of their ads below:

Dos Equis Lager has a clean , light and crisp taste and feel to it. I would classify it as a really refreshing and smooth beer that is perfectly balanced.The only negative is that Dos XX is not that readily available everywhere in America. In Texas and other southern states it can be found in most liquor stores though. But I do think that as the Dos XX brand keeps growing ,it’ll become available at more pubs and restaurants.
